I had a short discussion about climate change with a friend by the name of Pupa who is a scientist.
We argued about whether people who denied global warming should be acknowledged.
I pointed out to Pupa that when numbers are joined with a study, the veracity of the study in the minds of the layman is increased. However, scientist tend to forget many chemist, meteorologist, engineers, and doctors are bias and the institutions they own or operate are also bias and have their own political bent.
For example, Pupa is a CUNY Professor who teaches atmospheric science. He is a great guy and he certainly knows more about climate change than I do. But who’s to say Pupa hasn’t made some conclusions which require him by compulsion to affirm his own research so he can continue to receive federal grants?
Nonetheless, that got me to thinking about African people and how we are following false solutions, primarily the one drop rule because we get a false reward, no tension.
Why can’t we understand the policy is not an act of compassion? It is a false solution.
